We encourage clients to read each provider’s bio’s and get a sense of the fit in terms of areas of expertise, background, and your personal preferences. If you find that after 1-3 sessions you don’t think it will be a good fit, we are happy to help you find a new therapist. We want you to feel safe and comfortable with your provider and understand that it can take time to figure out!

A MESSAGE FROM DR. STACY CHOI, FOUNDER OF CLEARSPRING
If you’ve made it this far, I have a feeling you are serious about finding the right therapist. At Clearspring Psychology, we are different. We are seasoned psychologists with diverse professional experiences across the U.S. and Korea, bringing in a unique understanding of the wide range of cultural contexts and backgrounds that our clients come in with. Additionally, our work extends beyond the therapy room, impacting local, national, and global communities through advocacy work, addressing the reduction of stigma in underserved populations, and mentoring the next generation of therapists.
We also believe that effective therapy requires more than clinical expertise—it requires presence, careful attention, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person's unique circumstances. For that reason, we intentionally maintain limited caseloads so that every client receives the time, focus, and quality of care they deserve.
Whether you are considering therapy for the first time or searching for a more effective and meaningful therapeutic experience, our goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs. We are honored by the trust our clients place in us and are committed to helping them build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
